Where is the event going to be in 2024?

This year’s event will be at the stunning and brand-new Fontainebleau Las Vegas. Address: 2777 S. Las Vegas Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89109

When is the event?

March 27th through 28th, 2024. Registration begins the afternoon of March 26th and will feature an opening night networking and welcome reception for all attendees.

Plan to begin each day at 9am. The conference will conclude at 5pm on the 28th. We encourage attendees to book early and reserve rooms at our special rate while our room block supply lasts here.

When should I plan on arriving at the airport?

We recommend attendees arrive on Tuesday the 26th and join us for an opening night welcome and networking reception at 6PM. Registration will begin at noon on the 26th at the Fountainebleau. The conference officially ends on Thursday March 28th at 5PM, however we recommend attendees to take advantage of their time in Las Vegas and extend their stay.

Can I attend virtually?

This is an in-person event only. We promote community and networking and look forward to seeing you here!

Are there press passes available?

Yes, for qualified members of the press, we have limited passes available. Please inquire by emailing us at info@imagineai.live.

How do we book hotel rooms?

We have a special room block rate at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas for all confirmed conference attendees. More information with a link to reserve rooms can be found here. Make sure to book soon as our room blocks are going fast!

Are there discounts for attendees from the same company?

Yes, we can arrange a discount if multiple attendees from the same company plan to attend. Please email us at info@imagineai.live to inquire.

Will there be any networking opportunities?

Absolutley! Our full schedule will be released soon. Make sure youre subscribed to the list (see bottom of our website).

I'm not part of an Enterprise organization. Would this conference still benefit me? 

While our event will be tapered towards executives and leaders strategically positioned inside of enterprise-level businesses, people from any size organization will benefit from attending.
