Tony Rose is a seasoned technology executive and serial innovator with more than two decades of experience leading product and engineering at the forefront of AI, blockchain, and decentralized systems. As CTO and co-founder of Nexartis, Tony is architecting groundbreaking solutions that enable secure payments, digital identity, and creative content management across industries. His technical leadership also includes architecting and deploying Apple Pay for the largest US payment processor, plus strategic advising for Citibank executives as they navigated blockchain’s emergence post-Facebook Libra.
Beyond enterprise innovation, Tony has deeply influenced the public sector and start-up communities. He co-founded the California Blockchain Advocacy Coalition, shaping multiple blockchain-focused laws through expert testimony, and pioneered decentralized scholarship platforms at StudentReader.io. His contributions to open-source health tech, such as Linux Foundation Public Health’s MedCreds, reflect his commitment to transparent and decentralized ecosystems. Holding a Computer Science degree from UC Berkeley, Tony’s thought leadership continues to inform global standards and the future of technology policy.
